Now, Human resources management reform has taken the stage results in the Bank of China, the reform implements the system and mechanism innovation initially, people-centered comes into heart deeply, ideas and concepts of managers and staff change constantly, recruitment,compensation management,performance management and training development mechanisms, which are suit to modern banking system, have been established, performance level has been promoted.The end of 2006, Chinese financial industry opened comprehensively, our country implemented the national treatment for foreign banks, foreign banks will form huge challenges to our country's bank by its superiority. In order to survive and develop, Bank of China must continue to deepen the joint stock system reform to face stern challenges. In addition, intense competition and goal of constructing international first-class bank also set the new requests to the human resources management work.Based on it, this thesis combines the background of human resources management reform in the Bank of China and practice of reform, analyses problems in human resources management reform of the bank of china and its causes deeply, promote six Countermeasures to optimize human resources management. Six Countermeasures include: (1) combine total rewards model to improve compensation system; (2) use key performance indicators to improve performance management; (3) establish mechanism of rational staff allocation; (4) construct the qualification system, strengthen personnel training and development; (5)improve the matching system; (6) establish E-HR system to improve the efficiency of human Resources Department.
