Recently, business in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has been booming, which benefits from the development of local enterprises. The number of enterprises is increasing so fast that more and more people pay attention to enterprises in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region which have been developing so well within several years that some of them become the leading industries. Therefore, people are eager to know what the relation between geographical culture and the development of enterprises is as well as whether it is the regional culture that promotes the development of enterprises, which will be stated in the thesis. From the perception of cultural factors, based on the relation between geographical culture and the local enterprises as well as Classical Economics and Institutional Economics, I advance an idea that an enterprise is a combination of economic and cultural products.Owing to its unique geographical location and cultural inheritance, a culture, absorbing advantages of immigrants' cultures, fuses into one that is characterized by Mongolian culture and Xikou culture. Economically and administratively, people have been focusing on the development of enterprises. Considering the theories of resources exploited in enterprises and analyzing facts, I learn that as a resource, geographical culture, which plays a promoting role in the development of the enterprises, has influenced products, strategies for the development of enterprises and enterprise culture. On basis of theories and facts, I advance an enterprise model of the relation between geographical culture and the development of enterprises, which lays foundation for strategies for the development of enterprises influenced by regional culture, we should consider culture as a unique resource, which is a strategy for developing enterprises in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
