The Study On Construction Of Enterprise Qualification Management System Of Risun Group

In the era of knowledge economy, Qualification management is an important human resource management model, which has played an important role in construction of enterprise employees' career development path and forming an internal personnel training system. In this paper, we completed the qualification system construction management by constructing qualification management solutions, establishing employee career path, design qualification standard system in terms of the current status of management Risun Chemical Group Human Resources.Firstly, the paper studied the basic theory and the general process of the construction on qualification management system, pointing out that the qualification management is an important business solution valued by enterprise. Secondly, by carrying on comprehensive analysis of the specific circumstances of Risun Chemical Group, we found out the current problems on employee career development, training and performance appraisal system management, etc. Then, by using the basic framework of qualification management,we completed the infrastructure work of qualification system certification. Finally, in accordance with the qualification management module of Risun Chemical Group, we made safeguard measures for the construction of the qualification system.This paper synthesized the basic theory of domestic and foreign existing qualification management. By using questionnaires on the existing problems of Risun Chemical Group conducted by an investigation, combined the theory with the actual situation of the human resources of Risun Chemical Group, we designed the qualification system, and posed the corresponding security measures to enhance the company's overall human resources management capacity.
