With the advent of knowledge economy era ,modern enterprises faces a new competitive environment, the proportion of knowledge-based industries in the industrial structure is growing, the survival and development of enterprises will be more dependent on knowledge of the owner, and create and use. Therefore, the use of knowledge to create a vector - the knowledge worker on the role of the enterprise is critical.however,there isn't much research on them motivation ,and curent ideas and method of motivation stratege of normal worker cant't be applied directly to motivation of knowledge workers.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive study on knowledge worker in enterprises.This dissertation has done a full and complete research on motivation element and stratagy of knowledge worker according to systematic point of view and with the method which combines theoretical analysis and positive analysis.This paper first intrduces the definition, characteristics and motivation of knowledge workers,then points out that the incentive must be based on the characteristics of its targeted implementation. Recalling his predecessors put the motivation theory, as a research knowledge staff motivation theory. Secondly, the introduction of the current staff of domestic enterprises on motivation of the knowledge workers and existing problems, as well as of this paper establish a realistic starting point. Analysis of the domestic enterprises in the knowledge staff motivation problems in the aspect of the reasons for the breakthrough solution has been found. Then, In view of the reality of the existence of incentives, I use the questionnaire, Empirical Analysis of the knowledge of staff incentives, incentives for knowledge workers, knowledge workers on the actual feelings of incentives made extent of knowledge that incentive staff of the six most important factors. In the clear knowledge of the staff on the basis of incentives, finally raised from the different levels of knowledge workers motivational strategies.
