Study On The Interactive Relationship Between Industrial Structure And Human Resources In Kaili City

Ever since china's reform and opening to the outside world, the economy has developed rapidly, and industrialization is being raised continuously in Guizhou province. But, as traditional industrial city of Guizhou province, Kaili's industrial structure and structure of human resources have to face many challenges, such as IT application and modernization. With the continued implementing the strategy of developing the West, profound changes have taken place in the structure of economic growth in Guihzhou province. So, that's call for further to push forward the readjustment of the industrial structure and the development of human resources in Kaili city. And then, bring the economy of Kaili city into the wider economic system of Guizhou province. However, there have many problems in economic development of Kaili city in recent years, such as: low evolution and development in industrial structure, the irrational structure in human resources, low quality in region human resources, surplus of human resource, the employment structure is no compatible with industrial structure, etc. Because of these problems, the sustained economic growth of Kaili city will be influenced, and its structure of human resources is no compatible with the industrial structure become more and more obviously.So, on the basis of the study of others and comprehensive collecting information, the dissertation firstly understand the conception of coordinate development between the industrial structure and human resources; secondly, analyzes the current situations and issues of industrial structure and human resources in Kaili city; thirdly, the article ascertains the related input and output indexes, and then, uses the DEA method to analyzes the status of coordinate development between the industrial structure and human resources in Kaili city; finally, the actualizing methods and countermeasures are put forward in the dissertation.
