Research On The Informatization Performacnce Evalution Of The Distribution Enterprises

The management guru Peter F. Drucke has an unequivocal admonition:"If you can't measure it, you can't manage it.",However, how to establish an effective informatization performance evaluation index has been plagued the distribution enterprises.Based on the study of performance evaluation of the informatization in the history and the background of the informatization in the distribution enterprises,the thesis analyze the transformation process of the supported elements of informatization performance and its forms of performances.Then, the method of Value Chain Analysis is employed to observe the impacts of informatization on inventory, procurement, logistics , sales ,channel operations, after-sales service, support value chain and external value chain in the distribution enterprises.From above,the thesis establish an analysis model of the performance processing mechanism in the distribution enterprises, then the management tasks in the performance process are proposed.Based on the above conclusions and the basic principles of the informatization performance evaluation in the distribution enterprises, the thesis established the informatization evaluation index of the distribution enterprises from the three dimensions of financial, competitve advantage and learning&growth ,then each index is analyzed in detail, meanwhile, the method of the Expert Evaluation and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) are employed to quantify the weights of indicators , in this way, an objective evaluation criteria is provided for the informatization performance evaluation of the distribution enterprises.Finally, the study results is adopted by the large-scale distribution syndicate, The main conclusions of this paper are tested through the informatization process and the data is analyzed in those distribution enterprises. The Performance Evaluation Index based on the performance processing mec- hanism of the distribution enterprises in this paper can relatively and effectively meets the evaluation needs,which plays an important role on investment- guiding,risk-avoiding, strategy-implementing and project-management-improving of the informatization in the distribution enterprises.
