Development of Chinese real estate industry has entered into a new historical phase with expanding market and gradually fierce competition among enterprises. Under the new condition, how to make a perfect project management is not only the basis for the real estate enterprise to survive but also the key to improve its core competitiveness.In the essay, the writer uses technique and theories of project managements to make a comprehensive analysis of the project management model of Huash Real Estate Company on the base of the knowledge system of PMI. At first, the author introduces the original development of the subject management, and its basic theories . At the same time, he indicate directional importance to real estate development of project management from aspects of its process and its characters . Then, the writer uses demonstrative analysis to make simple analysis of project operation mode of some real estate development enterprises and stress on the project management mode and current problems of Huash Real Estate Company , and he propoes some our solutions to the probiems. In the end, the essay summarizes its project management practices of Huash Real Estate Development Company, mainly including: design and development of project organization system, project management implementation system composed of decision of project management mode and its object system; evaluation of project and project management system containing project team management, project cost management, project market system, project risk management, project engineering management and project supply chain management. It also indicates some key points of the process of real estate development, and also puts forward some specific solutions.The essay aims to provide some references to other project through the author's working experiences of practice in his company and his comprehensive observation in real estate project management.Of course, due to the limit of professional quality and research condition, the study seems neither complete nor concrete . Meanwhile, strategies provided in the paper are lack of operational practice. All these are to be improved further in the future studies.
