In twenty-first Century,with the increasing development level of knowledge and information,it is difficult to continue the traditional management concept and management mode.Then,the management of enterprise and scientific experience have transferred from the way to more sophisticated culture management.Therefore,enterprise culture construction becomes the inevitable choice of the company survival,development and maintaining the competitiveness.Meanwhile,a comprehensive view of the world's top 500 enterprises which having achieved success and continued to become bigger and stronger enterprises have a unique and excellent corporate culture.As the focus of national agricultural industrialization leading enterprises in Xinjiang,maiquer group co.,ltd has developed from a baking enterprise into a set of aquaculture,processing industry,planting industry,industrial and other fields of the group.This article believes that the rapid growth of the company and its success and continuous progress of enterprise culture are inseparable,so the company's corporate culture construction research has important practical significance.Based on the existing research results at home and abroad on the construction of enterprise culture,combing the relevant theories and research methods,we found that many of the existing literature by qualitative analysis in the study of the construction of enterprise culture,and employee satisfaction from the perspective of little empirical research.Secondly,through the development of profiles of maiquer group co.,ltd and other information,from the corporate culture of the building of the material,behavior,system and spirit of the company's four levels of structural analysis.Then,based on the model of organizational culture,including the design of the company spirit culture,system culture,behavior culture and material culture in 4 aspects,the 17 elements of a total of 101 questions in the questionnaire,and through analyzing the present situation of the construction of enterprise culture of the company conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews with the staff assessment.Finally,based on above conclusions,put forward the guiding ideology,objectives and principles of the construction of enterprise culture of maiquer group co.,ltd in Xinjiang,and from the material culture,behavior culture,system culture and spiritual culture four aspects put forward specific measures to enhance the corresponding.
