Research On Supplier Evaluation And Selection Of L Company Under Supply Chain Environment

At present,supply chain management is of great significance to enterprise cost control and increase the core competitiveness of enterprises,and supplier management is an important part of the whole supply chain management,which is related to the survival and development of enterprises.Supplier evaluation and selection,as an important part of supplier management,has a positive impact on enterprises to reduce management costs and improve management efficiency.Therefore,enterprises should strengthen supplier evaluation and selection,so as to improve the whole supply chain management level.This paper analyzes the current situation of L company’s procurement and supplier evaluation and selection by referring to relevant literature and field research,points out the existing problems,and makes an in-depth study of L Company’s supplier classification and evaluation selection.The main contents are as follows:(1)Current situation analysis of L Company.First,the general situation of purchasing management of L company,including material purchasing,purchasing mode and organizational structure of purchasing department;Secondly,the present situation of L company’s supplier management and supplier evaluation and selection is analyzed.Finally,the problems existing in L company’s supplier classification,index system and selection method are analyzed.(2)Classification of L company’s suppliers.Firstly,according to L company’s original material classification method,L company’s suppliers are preliminarily classified;Secondly,taking driveline parts suppliers as an example,SPSS software is used to classify L company’s suppliers.Finally,the corresponding management strategies are put forward for different suppliers.(3)Optimization of supplier evaluation index system.Through consulting relevant literature,combining with the characteristics of L company and the original supplier evaluation index system of L company,the indicators are divided into four first-level indicators and 18 second-level indicators,namely enterprise factor,product factor,cooperation attitude and environmental protection benefit,to construct the supplier evaluation index system of L Company.(4)Supplier evaluation and selection model construction.Firstly,AHP method is used to determine the weight of each index.Secondly,TOPSIS method is used to rank the suppliers so as to evaluate and select the suppliers of L Company.The above research results not only provide L company with an effective supplier evaluation and selection scheme,but also provide reference for other agricultural machinery companies in supplier evaluation and selection.
