The Study Of Economy Hotel Security Management From Non-traditional Security Perspective

In the field of international relations today, scholars are paying more and more attention to the study of non-traditional security. Begin with the 9.11 event of the USA in 2001 and the SARS of Asia in 2003, non-traditional security problems are becoming the new threats of our time.Globalization has improved the development of travel industry in China, which helps the midwifery of economy hotel as a new industry in China. At present, most researches about economy hotel are focus on their brands and business management, but hardly on their security management. However, security is the foundation of all types of works in economy hotels, among which the human security is the most important. Today, "humanism" is the ethos in our modern society, which is also the core part of non-traditional security theory. Therefore, we can conclude that both non-traditional security theory and the economy hotel are emphasis the same subject, which is the security of human beings.This article will do research on security management of economy hotel by employing the theoretical achievements of non-traditional security and crisis management; meanwhile, it will establish the particular methods for familiar urgencies in economy hotels; furthermore, it will spread the valuation of non-traditional security theory to more fields of our modern daily life. This article falls into five parts:Chapter one analyzes the theories of non-traditional security and crisis management. First it outlines the definition and the character of non-traditional security. Then it will find the way to solve the problems in the field of non-traditional security, and educe the theory of crisis management.Chapter two brings forward the problem of the article. First it will expound the problems of economy hotels in the field of non-traditional security. Afterward it will introduce the settlement system to solve the problems by employing the theory of crisis management.From chapter three to chapter five is the solution part of the whole article, which will offer the settlement to solve the problems of economy hotels according to the theory of crisis management. Chapter three offers the beforehand management, which is also called security precaution. Chapter four will do research on the way to deal with paroxysmal events in the hotel; it will analyzes form universality to particularity. Chapter five will put out the treatment and reconstruction after the paroxysmal event, and modify the security management system of economy hotel.
