Study On The Chinese E-commerce Security From The Perspective Of Non-traditional Security

Accompany the practice of computer network technology, the e-commerce with a "business" concept appears and develops. Entering the late 1990s, due to extensive use of personal computers, rapid development of Internet,popularization of e-banking, development of electronic security trade agreements and support and promotion of the government, e-commerce really began to develop in China. The operating course of e-commerce is web-based. If the network infrastructure and network information are not safe, it will cause impact directly to individuals, society and national security; under the condition that the network infrastructure and information security are safe, if the business activities appears unsafe, it will also cause impact directly to individuals, society and national economic security.This paper studies the Chinese e-commerce security from the perspective of non-traditional security. First, it introduces the definition of non-traditional security, relationships between non-traditional security and e-commerce security and e-commerce security status in china, and then it points out the importance of Chinese e-commerce security. Second, it analyzes the impact of the two main threats, technical level and e-commerce crime, to personal safety, national security and international security, and deeply to the Chinese e-commerce security building, then it points out the three problems of e-commerce security building in China, which are low security technology, delay of safety laws and regulations for safety construction, and imperfect construction management system. In order to weaken the impact of major threats to Chinese e-commerce, learning from the U.S. e-commerce security construction, especially technology, laws and regulations, and management, this paper proposes the solutions to the problems in the field of Chinese e-commerce security construction, especially in technology, laws and regulations.
