The Satisfaction Degree Research Of Shanghai Vocational Qualification Training Effect In Convention And Exhibition Industry

In recent years, the convention and exhibition industry receives the attention and become the popular industry by its huge economical drawing function. While convention and exhibition industry develops in high speed, the contradiction between human resource insufficiency and high development of the industry become prominent generally, therefore to speed up raising high quality talents and establish a set of talent training system are the key-point which our country currently faces in the developing of convention and exhibition. So the vocational training has received the unprecedented attention. Many organizations including the government, association and colleges involve in the vocational qualifications training projects in abundance. However, the effect of training is actually the question which all of them have neglected. In view of the Shanghai convention and exhibition vocational qualifications training class characteristics, this article constructs the convention and exhibition vocational qualifications training effect appraisal system, appraisal's indicator system of training effect as well as the appraisal model and then, discusses the influence factors of training effect with the modern training appraisal theory. All of above are making efforts to propose the effective method for the convention and exhibition vocational qualifications training effect appraisal work. At the beginning, this paper elaborates domestic and foreign convention and exhibition vocational qualifications training programs and its characters as well as domestic and foreign training appraisal domain research results as background. After that, in direction of Kirkpatrick's four level training appraisal model and the customer's satisfaction theory I come up with the training effect appraisal model of convention and exhibition's vocational qualifications. Next, I build up the indicator system of convention and exhibition's vocational qualification training effect appraisal. Finally, I analyze a typical case with the indicator system and the appraisal model to confirm their validity and serviceability. This article is certainly useful for the convention and exhibition vocational qualifications training effect appraisal work.
