Research On The Equipment Management Of The Field Assignment System Based On Value Transfer Of The Enterprise Intangible Assets

Since 1990th, high technology industry based on the information technology have been rapidly developing, great changes have happened to the enterprise capital structure and technology structure, enterprise equipment technology performances and modernization level have been greatly improved, and the corresponding additional value and value quantity have been increased proportionally, thus capital occupation and currency investment that are used in the fixed assets especially in the operation equipments are rising linearly. Under the modern enterprise system, we should start from the scientific development view, and depend oneself on intensive approach and fine management, and pay much attention to the equipment management of the assignment system during the tangible value transferring process. To realize the center downward shift, attention and deepened management acts should be paid to the enterprise field assignment operation system which is the part of equipment operation, so as to improve the equipment investment benefits and realize equipment value-maintenance and value-increment. In the enterprise equipment generation assets transfer process, enterprise development, usage efficiency improvement and lifecycle delay of the equipments should be combined together, and tendencies should be conquered that we think much of the enterprise equipment management strategy layout, but look down upon the intensive management of the field assignment system, and that regard the update and purchase, but look down upon running and operation, and that regard the high science and technology introduction, but make light of the absorption and value-increment improvement, and that regard operation regulation system, but look down upon the field assignment maintenance. This paper aiming at the fact that field assignment equipment management is the weakness of the enterprise management in our country, studies on the equipment management in the production field.This paper firstly based on the basic theories in capital, assignment system labor and value transfer, and assignment system equipment management, did analysis and research; then according the assignment system equipment management theory, studies on the Asimco Meilian braking system Ltd., analyzes problems in the assignment system equipment management of the Asimco Meilian braking system Ltd., presents the conceive about the field equipment management of the enterprise basic layer, and also suggests improvements on the field equipment management, which provides references for the corporation field equipment management.
