The Supply Chain Partnership Construction Study Based On Risk Control

Along with the aggravating competition,Supply Chain Management becomes the hot spot both in academic circles and business circles. In the future the model of market competition have been changed great: from Enterprise-Enterprise to Supply Chain-Supply Chain. As the important part of the supply chain, the function supply chain partnership is the key, it relation the stability of supply chain and exaltation of the whole competition ability .But the supply chain was low-efficiency and failed by supply chain partnership risk aroused by unascertained factors, how can we control these risks is the great problem in front of the supply chain member.This thesis studies on the set up of supply chain partnership and the relevance risk control problem. The thesis set out from the concept of the supply chain and the supply chain management first, based on the analysis of the current situation of supply chain partnership (SCP), the author expatiates the theories about SCP and risk theories. Secondly, a thorough analysis on set up process of SCP: need analysis of SCP, the choice of partnership, partnership formal establishment, management and maintenance of the SCP. Again, an analysis about the risk type in set up process of SCP, then put forward the correspond of risk control strategy, thus it is moderate and maintenance function to the whole SCP .
