Comprehensive Transportation Net Construction Of Fujian Connecting With Taiwan On Ports Logistics

The rapid growth of logistics has been an accelerator and new economic growth point of the global economy.The port as the node of global transportation net plays more and more important roles in modern logistics. At present it is the main carrier of economic exchanges between mainland and Taiwan, so developing port logistics is an important channel to strengthen economic ties between the Taiwan Strait and advance the building of "the economic zone on the west side of the Straits". The relation across Taiwan straits is developing from separation, personal contact to direct navigation. We believe that "direct links in post, transportation and trade between the Chinese mainland and Taiwan" is the inevitable trend of history. Therefore conducting studies in the connection of Fujian-Taiwan transportation after direct navigation is significant and conducive to "the economic zone on the west side of the Straits" and the development of the port logistics across the strait.From the angle of port logistics connection with Taiwan, the author analyzes the existing problems of Fujian's transportation in detail. And using port,transportation and logistics theory this paper put forwards the connection model of transportation based on scientific forecast of transportation volume between the strait after "tree links". The author analyzes the relationship between transportation and economic development with multi-dimensional grey dynamic model and indexes. Then the existing problems in the connection of Fujian-Taiwan transportation are studied in detail. The author forecasts the pre-and post-direct navigation freight volume by means of various mathematic models, and provides recommended value based on combined forecasting method. And then multiple transportation modes is planned in order to realize the seamless connection between the ports and all kinds of transportation modes, and meanwhile increase transportation channels so as to strengthen the connection with adjacent provinces. On the premise of Fujian 'ports connecting with Taiwan, the author puts forward mode of comprehensive transportation connection with ports taking the leading role, so goods can freely flow between Fujian and Taiwan, and then further transferred to inland area and Yangtze Rive Delta and Pearl River Delta.
