A Study On The Development Of Ocean Economy In Fujian Province

The ocean economy is an emerging discipline.overseas,the research on this field also is only on the stage of fundamental and exploration .But along with the development of landing territory and the exhausting of resources, People gradually went to the field of the ocean, therefore ,people are on the rise to study ocean economy. The ocean economy's research on Fujian is very weak, especially lacks of system's quantitative sdudy. This article utilized the correlation theories and the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to study Fujian Province' ocean economy.First the author has discussed correlation theories of ocean economy. Next use the method of qualitative to study the present situation and characteristic of Fujian' ocean industry. And then compare the Fujian'ocean industry with the other coastal provinces by using a series of weight target and the mathematical formula. Has discovered some questions in the industrial structure, industrial benefit and so on. Finally made the appraisal to the Fujian'ocean leading industry through grey cluster model. And given the analysis for its macroscopic layout. Obtained the dilemma of its'development. Finally aims at these questions, put forward the proposal from the strategic strategy, the industrial structure, the management and operation.
