The Research Of The Industrion Cluster And Its Management Pattern Under The Chain Of Global Value

Since the reform and opening up of China, the industrial clusters have developed rapidly, and has become an important force of driving the development of regional economy. Because of the special contribution to the regional economic development, the industrial clusters have become a hot issue for the research of economic geography and regional economics. Most of the current research mainly focused on the industrial clusters consists of the small and medium enterprises. However, with the continuous in-depth of economic globalization and the advent of the era of knowledge economy, there are more and more foreign direct investment of the multinational corporations , and it is a common phenomenon that foreign firms participate in the industrial clusters. At present the foreign firms have become an important participant and guiding force in the formation and development of the regional industrial clusters.The foreign direct investment generally gather in the region of low production cost, rich human resources, integrative industrial assorted establishment, good government service. The industrial clusters under FDI function often inserts into the chain of global value. However, once the local investment environment worsens, the foreign capital enterprises will appear the whole migration, thus causes barren industry of the local economy. Recently, it is extremely thought-provoking that the IT the foreign capital enterprises in Dongguan industrial clusters shift to Suzhou one after another. Therefore, it is necessary to study deeply the management structure of the interior network of the industrial clusters under FDI function and the relations between the enterprises in the industrial cluster and the other ones in the same chain of global value.The research of the development of the industry cluster in the visual angle of the chain of global is the inevitable result of region cooperation and the global industry division of labor. Many scholars have studied the industrial cluster and its inside and outside management pattern under the open economy condition through the relation between FDI and the social relation network in the industrial cluster, the network management structure of the global value chain. But most of the present research uses the comparative static state analysis, lacks in the dynamic research of the network management structure of the industrial cluster under foreign capital function.On the basis of the previous research, this article will study the evolutive tendency of the network management structure of the chain of the global value of the industrial cluster under the FDI function and its internal leadership management pattern. Then respectively take the high-tech industry cluster and the traditional industry cluster for instance to conducts the related demonstration research so as to serve various areas how to attract FDI well and utilize the superiority of FDI furthest to realize the evolution of the region economy development. This article is divided into five parts: firstly, the introductory remarks, mainly includes the research goal, the significance, the method and its structure as well as the possible innovation and so on; secondly, induces the previous theories and the research fruit, and then, points out the research direction of this article; thirdly, sum up the basic characteristics of the network management and the basic types of the network management patterns, analyzes the intensity of the relations in the network and the influence to the information transmission way caused by the network structure as well as the relation between the management structure of the chain of global value and the industrial cluster. On the basis of the theory of relation contract, this paper constructs a relation network management model at the core of multinational companies, illustrates the influence results from the change of institutional environment to the structure of the network contract; fourthly, takes the industrial clusters in Dongguan, Suzhou and Jiashan for instance, analyzes and compares the network management structure of the industrial cluster under the FDI function and the one of the chain of the global value, and proposes the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions; the last part is the conclusion and the forecast, induces the basic conclusion of the paper and carries on the elaboration for the questions that needs further study.
