| With the rapid development of economy and progress of science, manufacturing firms in this country have expended their scales. However, their production capacity is still lower compared with the Industry-developed countries. The main reason is that the inefficient management results in a fact that the application of techniques and the efficiency of resources distribution can not achieve the anticipatory level. Therefore, it is necessary for our manufacturing firms to improve management standard in order to improve their international competency. And the most effective way to improve enterprise management level is to change its management pattern, in order to suit the changing environment. Traditional management theories ordinarily use highly-structured and closed system methods to study management pattern and make it be regular. This notion makes the firms react slowly to the changes of environment and the organizations lack the competency. Those established management patterns obviously could not adapt to the new environment. According to these problems, this paper breaks through the traditional ideas of the management pattern based on synergetic. The manufacturing management pattern system is regarded as a complicated system which consists of technology subsystem, mission subsystem, human resources subsystem and organization structure subsystem. It has the self-organizing process of the open system in synergetic.The paper, firstly, analyzes the extant status of our countries'management patterns, and summarizes the deficiencies. Then comparing with the management pattern of foreign manufacturing firms, demonstrates the necessity and significance of establishing synergetic management pattern system. This paper abstracts four factors which are put into the whole management pattern system as the subsystems to investigate the interaction and the basic laws of the system. After the self-organizing characteristic of the whole system and the interaction between the subsystems is determined, this paper abstracts that the order parameter of the whole synergetic management pattern system is the coordination degree of the subsystems. Then based on the order parameter, this paper investigates the restriction and the synergetic effect between the subsystems, determines the running mechanism of the management pattern system and establishes the evaluating model.Finally, this paper studies the external and internal conditions of establishing the synergetic management pattern system of manufacturing firms. According to the existing problems, this paper puts forward the countermeasure for the implement of the synergetic management pattern of manufacturing firms. |
