Knowledge becomes the foremost production elemental in new-economy period. Who possess knowledge and make good use of knowledge, who will possess wealthy and power. New-economy yields profound influence not only to the production and life styles, but also to the existence and development of corporate, which is the apparition of knowledge-based corporate. In knowledge-based corporate, knowledge is no longer the outer variable of production increasing, and it is one of the inner variable like motive power, capital and land, which are traditional production elemental. Even, knowledge overrides the three, and becomes the primary capital which is used to create wealthy. And knowledge is possessed by human, therefore as the possessor and the carrier, of course, the human resource becomes the first resource of knowledge-based corporate.Knowledge-based corporate wants to obtain enduringly the competitor prevalence, to survive and develop, that relies on the effective knowledge management. And knowledge lies in brains of human, so knowledge management is human resource management on the earth. And this depends on the level of human resource management in knowledge-based corporate.This textual makes research on evaluation in level of human resource management in knowledge-based corporate, according to the way of bringing up issues, analyzing ones, and resolving ones. Firstly, this textual analyzes the particularity of human resource and human resource management in knowledge-based corporate, and points out the questions in it. Secondly, on the basis of analyzing the questions, it delicately analyzes the influencing elements to human resource management of knowledge-based corporate, and builds the evaluation index system and determinates the weight of index by means of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). On the basis, it establishes the model of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation, and evaluates level of human resource management of A enterprise using the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation, and reaches the result of evaluation. Thirdly, this textual brings up homologous promotion strategies aiming at the problems in human resource management. Then it finishes the research on evaluation in level of human resource management of knowledge-based corporate, and offers certain theoretical guide to research on evaluation in level of human resource management of knowledge-based corporate in China.
