With the rapid development of market economy and the establishment of a modern enterprise system, the professional managers have gradually become an important driving force for the enterprises'development.But the professional managers In China are still a kind of scarce resources, and the professional quality of professional managers also need to be further improved.Shortage of professional managers has become the bottleneck of the development of Chinese enterprises. Because of the environment of sound and perfect training mode, as well as the existing shortcomings, the value of the missing evaluation system severely limits our professional managers to the growth and development. So how to accelerate the training and value evaluation of professional managers' in China has become a top priority.First of all, the thesis introduces the background and significance of study as well as the study on the status at home and abroad and studies the theory related to the professional manager.Then the thesis points out the growth and development of China's professional managers in the current situation and existing problems, and analyzes factors which impact the growth and development of China's professional managers.Again the thesis advocates buliding regulatory environment, establishing correct training objectives.On this basis,making use of experience that professional managers training model abroad to cultivate the training model of China's professional managers, that is, "school+ enterprise+social+individuals" co-culture model.Finally,by analysis of the professional managers' value frame and reference effective indications at home and abroad,from the professional managers of quality, ability, performance, social benefits,the thesis establishes the value evaluation system, and make use of AHP to determine weight factor and uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to give the professional managers a comprehensive evaluation.
