Study On The Affecting Factors Of Farm's Household Comsumption

Fanners' housing consumption, include several situations of building house by building, leasing, purchasing. In this paper, the object of study is the consuming behavior of farmers' building housing in the rural residence base.Based on 591 interviews with farmers to-home survey, investigated the impact of factors in five aspects on housing consumption, such as institutional factors, family characteristics, household wealth factors, psychological factors, traffic factors. And analysis the farmers' Housing consumption characteristics' changes of Wuhan City, Jiangxia district, meanwhile, revealed the existent problems. With statistical software, and statistical models, quantitatively analyzed the factors which impact on farmers' housing consumption. The results show that:1. Farmers housing consumption characteristics of the changes: with the survey of Jiangxia district farmers' housing situation, we have analysis the length of building housing, per capita housing area, housing structure, housing levels, and various other aspects of housing characteristics. Jiangxia district farmers' houses mainly built in the late 1980s to early 1990s, the number of this kind house buildings is 72.76 percent of the entire survey object; there are two types that per capita housing area are the most, more than 50 square meters and 20 to 29 square meters, which is 29.27 % and 25.04%. In the housing structure, masonry structure of the housing is most common in Jiangxia district, which is 60.57 percent of investigated farmers, followed by the brick-wood housing, which is 30.29 percent, the smallest proportion of housing is a mud-wood structure, only Accounting for 9.14 percent; Two floor structure is the main stream of farmers' housing, accounting for 56.85 percent, followed by one floor structure, accounting for 40.10 percent; three-storey building and above only accounting for 3.05 percent.2. On the basis of field survey and analysis of the characteristics, we found that there are some problems of farmers' housing in Jiangxia district. Building disorder, more than one residence, above-standard housing, have a weak legal concept and other issues are the most prominent.3. Impact analysis of factors of Farmers' housing area. On the basis of the theory analysis, we selected 11 factors to preliminary simulated analysis, and we finally rule out the possibility of linear and non-significant factors, retain the farmers' awareness of relevant laws, the farmers' awareness of rural residence base ownership, family population size and psychological factors in competition, a total of four factors. Awareness of rural residence base ownership was negatively related significant impacting which means that when farmers considered the housing foundation is belong to collectivity, the farmers' housing area is bigger. The other three factors and farmers housing area were positively related.4. Analysis of factors will impact on Farmers' future housing consumption. on the basis of the theory analysis, we selected 13 factors to preliminary simulated analysis, and we finally rule out the possibility of linear and non-significant factors, retained the factors of total population, the head of the household's level of education, family gender, family income in 2007, The per capita housing area, life of the currently living housing, psychological character of competition.
