Research Of Supply Chain Mode Basing On The Decision-making Of Parts Outsourcing

With the development trend of economy globalization, the manufacture competition has not only been restricted within core manufacturers, but in the whole supply chain including the components manufacturers. Based on the theories of the supply chain management and the integrated supply chain,the thesis indicates the necessity of inplementing the supply chain in manufacturing industry on the basis of carefully analyzing the environment of manufacturing industry in our country and has placed emphasis on the study of the parts self-production, outsourcing decision and supplier's evaluation in the operational coruse of manufacture supply chain.First of all, this thesis introduces the research status of the supply chain management, analyses the advantage and the existing problems of the manufacture in China, and demonstrates it important to develop a proper supply chain mode for the Chinese manufacture.Secondly, to meet the challenge of the integrated supply chain management mode, it is necessary that the enterprise constantly strengthens the coordination and cooperation with the other enterprises, integrates its external resources superiority, and "outsource" the business which it is not good at. But the key point of the manufacture supply chain structure is the strategic selection of component outsourcing and self-production. This paper utilizing the method of 0-1 plannrng, by comparing the cost of internal manufactured components with the total outsourcing cost, the variety of outsourcing component is confirmed, and the structure of supply chain is optimized. A manufacture supply chain model which is based on the components is developed to make a reference for the manufacturing enterprise to construct its supply chain.Finally, on the basis of analyzing factors in the selection of the suppliers to the manufacturing enterprise, a hierarchical evaluation system of the manufacturing enterprise suppliers is developed. Then the evaluation and selection of the manufacturing enterprise suppliers are discussed and analyzed with the combination between hierarchy analysis method and set-pair analysis method. The strategic partnership with other enterprise is developed to realize the association and together benefit.
