A Research On Intellectual Property Protection Strategies Of Enterprises In Dongguan City

In the age of intellectual economy, the intellectual property has been played a more and more important role for the development of enterprises with the steadily increasing of share in economic growth. Today, implementing intellectual property strategies has become the key to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprises all over the world. The investigation concerning the situation of intellectual property protection in Dongguan businesses has shown the fact that the overall intellectual property protection work is not satisfying. In most corporations, there are no advanced managing systems, canonical system construction and weak awareness for protection. At the same time, our domestic enterprises are facing a severe competition problem. Because of the intellectual property restrictions set by overseas enterprises, especially the multinationals, the survival and development of our businesses are in a weak position. As a result, presently, for our enterprises, the strategies of intellectual property protection are in a badly demand to be established and implemented.This thesis is composed of five chapters. Chapter One introduces the background information and current situation of intellectual property protection strategies for enterprises, providing the research approaches, contents and objectives. Chapter Two presents the theoretical and practical foundation for intellectual property protection strategies. Chapter Three generalizes the revelations of intellectual property strategies for Chinese enterprises on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the intellectual property strategies at overseas enterprises. Chapter Four sums up the problems in intellectual property protection for Dongguan corporations from the statics analysis of the investigation. Chapter Five proposes some effective suggestions for implementing intellectual property protection strategies in Dongguan enterprises.
