Corporate social responsibility(CSR), which came into sight of western scholars in the early 20th century, and came into China in the 1990s.Recent years have seen CSR developing rapidly as a common issue between management, sociology, law, and etc. Near upon one hundred years passing by, CSR has been defined in myriad ways. A common cognition is that corporation should undertake social responsibility. However, the corporation's resource is finite, and its nature is seeking profit. Then, we had to consider how the corporation can maintain superior firm financial performance when they provide more and more social programs.Under the enterprise strategic management theory, this paper discusses CSR and will build a framework of integrating CSR into corporate strategy, devoting to give way to a new understanding to the win-win solution of economic performance and social performance.This paper has four parts. The first part summarizes theoretical achievements on CSR and strategic CSR, which provides the theoretical foundation for later researches. The overall function of CSR from the stakeholder and the benefits from CSR will be researched at the beginning of the second part. And then, based on the study of the relation between economic success and environment protection, the second part discusses the developing stages of CSR. While CSR in China is on the second stage, there also exists a big distance to western achievements. With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the day that we enter the third stage will arrive soon. During the third stage, environment protection will prior to economic success, and CSR theory matures. Therefore, the CSR theory's transformation from the form period to mature period is the necessity way, note that how Chinese firms can address the best joint of financial performance and social performance. The third part is just the solution, the framework of CSR integrating into strategic management will be built, pave the way for corporate to undertake greater and better CSR, that is performing strategic CSR. At last, the fourth part takes LU'AN mining group as an example illuminating the systematic and feasibility of the strategy strategic CSR.
