| On the base of the comprehensive construction of well-to-do society and the harmonious society, and a prosperous, wealthy and peaceful country, make a higher level of house's livability is the consequential trend of the development of city's society and economy, which is the basis of harmonious society and the significant measures to improve the level of people'life. The level of house's livability is also an important mark of a prosperous, wealthy and peaceful society in the developed countries.In China, the Medias and citizens pay a higher attention to the analysis of house's livability than the government and research institution. Therefore, it is demand that do more systematic and deep research on the house's livability, which is beneficial to improve the level of the construction of the city's livable house, realize the will of citizens and the public engagement in the plan management.The paper is in the light of scientific viewpoints on development and the principles of harmonious society, on the base of the advanced theories, research methods from home and abroad, studies and compares the current theories on livable house domestic and abroad, selects the indexes in a scientific way, chooses the APH method of evaluation, analyze the level of house's livability of Wuhan, the conclusion is that the lever of house's livability of Wuhan from 2001-2003 being"comparative livable"in residence from 2001-2003 years, but the trend of the lever of house's livability present decreasing by degrees and falling to the minimum value 0.4972 being"average livable"in 2005.Then using the same analysis method(APH) to compare the lever of house's livability of Wuhan with other cities, conclude the situation of Wuhan livable house. According to the result, do a higher research on the lever of house's livability of Wuhan during the tenth five-year period, and find out the problems and weakness, give a long guide on the livable house and sustainable development of Wuhan. |
