The implantation of performance appraisal and the concerns on performance improving are important guarantee for enterprise to reach the strategic goals. The eventual goal of performance appraisal is to help the department and personal to reach the agreement to work hard and efficiently after breaking enterprise strategic goal into part goals. And performance appraisal needs continuing feedback and improvement. It's difficult to establish and implement the system of performance appraisal. Although nearly all the companies conduct personnel performance, the effective performance appraisal methods and tools are lack. How to carry on the appraisal effectively to provide impetus to the development of enterprise is one of objectives. This article is to study on how to enhance enthusiasm and passion of the data information personnel. The result of original performance appraisal system isn't significant. The article to establish the suitable performance system to S book company using the relative theories, and address the specific measures for the implementation, so as to improve the performance of the company to raise the level of management.The thesis learns from home and abroad theories of performance, and researches the features of the data information personal. After interviewing with staff and managers, we can know the profile of S book company, as well as current problems and reasons. Base on the construct process of KPI system, we order to optimize the performance system for data information personnel. The article designs the detailed performance appraisal indicators for managers and staff in the department of information, uses AHP method to give appropriate weight to every indicator, standards indicators in detail. According to the actual situation and different objects, the article also determines the different assessment cycle and evaluator. The feasibility tables of performance are designed to apprise objectively and fairly. In the end , the implement measures are also designed.This thesis is s in-depth study in theory and practice. In the deepening of basis of the performance appraisal and considering the actual situation of S company, the article designs the operational performance appraisal system. In this paper, the research is to enhance the level of human resource management, thereby to improve the company's overall performance, using the optimization of performance for data information personnel as break point. Based on the book industry performance, I hope that this paper can raise a theory and practical reference for the improvement ofhuman resource management in book industry.
