In the theory of performance management, performance appraisal method based on the company’s business situation, leadership, organizational structure are analysed. In allusion to the existing business development and performance appraisal system is not matching problem, first of all, on the company’s performance appraisal scheme optimization of necessity, fully examines a variety of industry commonly used assessment theory, ultimately chose to target management method and KPI test method on the basis of the theory; then, combining the actual situation of the company governing the combination of theory and practice, discusses the details of the plan, put forward new company new performance appraisal system scheme; finally, the new performance evaluation system and the performance appraisal system for the project and the expected effects comparison, confirmed the effectiveness of the implementation of the plan.
