An Empirical Research On Influencing Factors Of Knowledge Sharing Among Enterprises Of Supply Chain

With the development of knowledge economy, knowledge is increasingly becoming one of the key elements restrict the overall operational efficiency of the supply chain. The knowledge sharing among enterprises of supply chain will help improve the level of knowledge of the entire supply chain, thereby enhancing the overall competitive advantage of supply chain. In this thesis, on the basis of market research, the affecting factors of knowledge sharing among enterprises of supply chain are studied by empirical, and research results have reference and guide significance for the knowledge-sharing activities among enterprises of supply chain.On the basis of summing up the existing literature, an theoretical relationship model is established by taking the organizational learning ability of the enterprise, the barrier attribution of technical knowledge, the knowledge sharing platform, the incentive mechanism of knowledge sharing and the compatibility level between partners as the influencing factors of knowledge sharing among enterprises of supply chain and the knowledge acquisition and the cooperation performance as the evaluation standards of knowledge sharing effects with the actual situation of supply chain development in China, then put forward the research hypotheses. The indicators of the influencing factors of knowledge sharing among enterprises of supply chain are designed through reading literature home and abroad, then the questionnaire data be processed by SPSS13.0 software, including factor analysis and reliability analysis to ensure that all indicators effectiveness and reliability. If all the indicators meet the requirements, the next step analysis was conducted.Next, the questionnaire's data are analyzed with the Amos4.0 software, and the structure relations of knowledge sharing and its effecting factors is accomplished. According to an empirical research, the organizational learning ability of enterprise and the barrier attribution of technical knowledge have a significant relationship with knowledge acquisition and no significant relationship with cooperation performance, while the knowledge sharing platform, the incentive mechanism of knowledge sharing and the compatibility level between partners have significant relationship with both knowledge acquisition and cooperation performance.Finally, Theoretical significance is explained on the result of this empirical research in this thesis, and some suggestions and measures to improve efficiency of knowledge sharing among enterprises of supply chain are raised.
