But at the same time, the questions of our country' s relation between labor and capital are prominent gradually, have already become the sensitive problem that enterprises' healthy development and socialist market economy evolution can't be avoided. The quality that the problem of relation between labor and capital solves, concerns economic development and social stability of our country directly. Therefore, taking up to theoretically studying of the labor-capital relationship problems deeply and meticulously in the private enterprise is imperative under the circumstances.This thesis takes private enterprises' labor-capital relationship as the research subject, regards economic, management and system management theory as guidelines, insists the logic unifies with historic in principle, with the method of statistics analysis;organazation system analysis; theory study combine with practice;quantitative and qualitative analysis; innovating and inheriting such methods as relevant licenses, etc., the thesis is based on the existing problems of private enterprises' relationship in Jiangxi Province, aims to chang the current situation of the province 's tense labor-capital relationship.Basing on reviewing the theory of labor-capital relationship, firstly it analysis the background and motive to constructing harmonious labor-capital relationship, then on the basis of drawing lessons from the "5*1" system analysis model, which constructed by Frem ? E ? Kast and James ? E ? Rosenzweig, the main representative person of system management theory of American, it establishs the modle of harmonious labor-capital relationshipThen analysis the current conditions of private enterprises' labor-capital relationship in Jiangxi Province on the basis of this modle, and puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions on how to construct harmonious labor-capital relationship.Finally, the author makes her conclusion:only the government, enterprises, laborers and union organiazations make joint efforts, can the relation between laborer and entrepreneur transform from intensity to relaxation and from contradiction to cooperation, then achieve equal benefit between laborers and entrepreneur , establish harmonious and stable labor-capital relationship in the end. |
