Finally, through a comparative analysis from developed countries and regions in the protection of low-income families housing issues on the basis of practical experience, proposed the Chongqing economical housing developmental strategy to devise and the policy suggested, conceptualizes the Chongqing economical housing future to construct in the development pattern, supplies pattern which full use market the storage quantity room as the economical housing the main source as well as availability of the conversion of government subsidies to solve the supply and demand imbalance, no"economic"and no"applicable"and other issues, in addition to strengthen the operation and management of economical housing.
