For the time being, more and more Chinese enterprises attach importance to corporate culture, studying corporate cultural construction and carrying out activities. Haier and Lenovo as representative corporations have enjoyed happiness of success. Corporate culture, which represents value and behavior rules are aimed to shape corporate characteristics, boost up differential process under strategic management and improve charm and connotation of corporate. It can increase market value added of corporate brand and material products and help achieve to increase corporate core competition and protect corporate sustainable development at last.Corporate culture has abundant connotation, great importance and far-reaching significance. How to shape and construct corporate culture efficiently is an important task for present Chinese corporations. According to relative analysis and study, we consider corporate culture, as subjective expression of ideology, originates from practice. After abstracting and subliming, it acts on corporate practice deeply. So it needs support of external object. Furthermore, since the forming and spreading of corporate culture need people to be the carrier, people is the center of corporate culture. For these two reasons, among production activities and management activities human resources management can incarnate and bears corporate culture construction most. Corporate culture construction can be built up on the base of human resources management and carried out through activities of human resources management. Corporate culture construction catches the core of human-oriented in this way which can be put into practice to avoid being air castle.This article starts from fundamental theory of corporate culture and human resources management, analyzes the relationship between them which get academic help for idea and method for corporate culture construction of Chongqing Tobacco Industrial Co., Ltd. We can find it has problems on management authorization, human mechanism, evaluation and motivation, income and benefits, work style, corporate reputation and culture system construction through investigating and analyzing of corporate value, behavior identity, corporate image and culture construction. We provide detailed ideas and methods to solve these problems.
