Establishment And Implementation Of ERP System For FC Packaging LTD.

With the entry of WTO and the development of economic globalization, China's packing container manufacturing enterprises have been facing with more violent market competition. Therefore, it is inevitable for them to integrate and well manage all the enterprise resources and to push their informationization further. However,there are a large number of packing container manufacturing enterprises, and the management modes of them vary frequently and flexibly. All the traits make it more different and more difficult to implement the informationization of FCP than large scaled enterprises. The implementation of ERP technology in FC Packaging Ltd. is the chief content of this paper.In this paper, the design and development of ERP system of FCP are implemented. Considering the characteristics of FCP and the problems of informationization in FCP, the technique of ERP must be implemented by studying the primary principles of ERP and the development and study situation of ERP in the inner and outer world. On the basis of analysis on the differences between the present ERP system functions and the needs of FCP, the whole framework of ERP system which most FCP prefers, has been presented in this paper, as well as the function modules and the model of data integration between modules. What's more, MPS and equipment subsystem have been designed in detail. The problems in Management of Production and Equipment by the correct method are resolved. At the same time, the implementation and quarantee of FCP are put forward.
