The propose of the " Belt and Road Initiative ",Beijing Tianjin Hebei collaborative development and the Yangtze River economic belt and other national development plans has enabled Chinese enterprises to usher in a new opportunity for development,the competition conditions of all walks of life have also been aggravated by the new development environment.This increased competition makes employees no longer eager to have a solid and long-term employment relationship,no longer crave for permanent and reliable career development,and it will create a sense of helplessness for the employees,which a concern for the possible loss of job in the future and the difficulty of achieving the needs of self realization.This phenomenon is job insecurity.Under this high competitive environment,employees often experience physical and mental exhaustion,which proceed to the next step is job burnout.Now,job insecurity has been widespread social phenomenon.How to ease and control the current status of employees has become an important task for the organization's human resources management.Therefore,This article explores the intrinsic mechanism of work insecurity and employee job burnout,and make the impact of job insecurity on employee burnout as the main research content.At the same time,work stress and social support are introduced as mediators and regulators to conduct deeper research,in order to provide theoretical basis and ideas for managers and individuals to take intervention measures to job insecurity and job burnout of employees.Firstly,this article introduced the concepts and measurement methods ofwork insecurity,work stress,job burnout of employees and social support,put forward the research hypothesis of this paper based on the summary and induction of previous research and related theories,and construct the research model.Secondly,use SPSS 21.0 to analyze 456 valid data through questionnaires,and use hierarchical regression methods to test relevant hypotheses.The empirical results show that job insecurity has a significant positive effect on job burnout of employees,work stress mediates the impact of job insecurity on job burnout of employees and social support plays a regulatory role in the impact of job insecurity on job burnout of employees.Finally,according to the above empirical results,this article puts forward the following three practical management advices: reduce the employee's sense of job insecurity,try their best to ease the work stress of employees and comprehensively improve employee's perceived social support.
