Since 2014,Premier Li raise a policy to help the people to start up their own enterprise.As the policy start to influence Chinese young people nationwide,the fourth pioneering Start-up Activities began to boom,but in this boom,although a considerable amount is quickly achieved,but the quality is still not very optimistic,a large mount of the start-ups quickly went broke.But in human resources,start-up companies do not have enough intelligence back-up as the big companies do.Once the morale of the start-up sinks lower or key employee decide to resign,it became great difficulty for the start-up companies.AA company is a typical start-up enterprise,facing the same motivation problems as every start-up company do.On the one hand,AA company has to pay great attention on the issues about maintaining high morality and keep loyalty,and on the other hand limited budget also a problem,start-up companies can't improve motivation by raising a fund or people on this specific issue.So motivation problems become a hidden danger in company's development.This paper takes AA company as a sample.By surveying the background,employee profile and mechanism satisfaction,we analyze the current situation and employee's satisfaction of the AA company's motivation mechanism.Then by one on one interview,we take a deep survey of what discourage staff most in the AA company's motivation mechanism using the classic theory of the academic field.Studying why these problems and misunderstanding take place,we conclude an improved motivation mechanism for AA company in aspects of salary and welfare,vocational training and corporate culture.Considering the start-up company has limited budget on motivation,this mechanism not only focus on improving material motivation,but also propose a set of non-material motivation methods,so employee of the AA company can be motivated on non-material level.
