A Study On Production Scheme Mode Of Sevenstar Microelectronics

Sevenstar Microelectronics is a custom hybrid IC manufacturer, a typical user-order oriented enterprise. Due to its adopting traditional production management method and lack of efficiency, it has been facing many problems, such as insufficient order, low on-time delivery rate, high costs and increasing quality complaints from the customers. Thus, it needs urgently to improve its production management system by scientifically planning its production schedule and strictly controlling its implementation by supervising every detailed aspect of its production operation, in order to achieve the goal of improving the performance of enterprise management. In this thesis, the studying results of diagnose, analyze and optimize the management system of production schedule of Sevenstar Microelectronics are presented from two aspects, production schedule planning and its implementing.1,The thesis explores previous status of the production management in Senvenstar Microelectronics and review some advanced methodologies for production scheme management of user-order oriented enterprise.2,The thesis analyzes in detail the reasons which lead to problems of the production scheme management of Sevenstar Microelectronics. Compared with more advanced methodologies of production scheme management, we work out a suitable methodology for improving the performance of Sevenstar Microelectronics production schedule management, which is an integrated MRPⅡand JIT system.3,Under the guidance of this integrated MRPⅡand JIT system, Sevenstar Microelectronics gradually set up a layer-dividing management system, such as material demand planning, order-treatment planning, material procurement planning, and production planning, which can enhance scientificity, rationality and realizability of planning.4,By changing management ideas, We implement a unisonous control mode of the user-order oriented production scheme, reasonably allocate company's resources according to the feature of production scheme, constantly improve personnal's professional skill and operators'obligation, enforce equipment control, and carry out statistics in order to set up information feedback system. As a result, our company have improved the performance of asset investment, production efficiency, product quality, on-time delivery rate, and its profit. The research results of the thesis not only help the Sevenstar Microelectronics to set up a normative, scientific and systemic production scheme management system, improve the Sevenstar Microelectronics personnal's managerial skill, speed up its self development, but also have profound meaning for other user-order oriented enterprises to optimize their management of production schemes.
