Along with the exquisite commerce competitions, the superintendents of the software companies are concerned about how to fast accomplish the products'development, deployment and delivery with high qualities.The project OneMS-CHT is the management system of network equipments with the key technic TR069. OneMS-CHT can satisfy the requirement of Tianyitong telecom system in Shenzhen about effective watch, content services and the maintenance of vast access facilities from LAN. TR069 is regarded as the basis of the remote management about home network equipments and it specifies the protocols and frameworks of home gateway to configure remote management for the remote centralized management from internet point.OneMS-CHT must be effective control on schedule & quality for the aim of deploitation home market, and the control also helps to win better credit standing. This paper proposed the scheme on effective control of schedule & quality by discussing those factors that influence the project's schedule and quality. The control plans & types are established through analyzing the divergence & reasons of the project. Schedule plan & schedule control plan are arranged reasonably to meet the schedule guide line. The quality target is guaranteed by dealing with the requirement, personnel, communication, programming and testing on quality.The integration of the project management theory and engineering practice is the guarantee of the OneMS-CHT carrying through with plan. |
