| Since electric power has become an absolutely necessary secondary energy for various sectors of the national economy and people's life in modern society, the power supply enterprises, which specialize in supplying reliable electric power with high quality, play more and more important role in the modern economy. To train employees, especially the high skilled workers, turns to be one of the crucial methods for the enterprise to survive sharp competition in an age of globalization and highly integration.This thesis starts from the analysis of practical experience and characteristics of the high skilled workers in developed countries and gradually probes into the current training mode of high skilled workers at F Power Supply Enterprise. It mainly describes and analyzes the entire training procedures of the Enterprise, beginning with the Enterprise's cooperation with schools to cultivate professionals, and then covering the six procedures, including apprenticeship, systematic training, craftsmanship contests, skill appraisal, talents communication and improvement of comprehensive quality. It also discusses the conditions to ensure this training mode from the aspects of foundation construction and incentive system. This thesis makes a theoretical analysis of the efficiency of the Enterprise's training mode from the perspectives of stratagem, system, science, practice and incentive. It finally puts forward several suggestions on the amendment and improvement of this mode.This thesis can be used for reference for the State Grid, especially for the other power supply enterprises in F province. It has a certain theoretical and practical value on developing and improving the training mode of high skilled workers at power supply enterprises. |
