Some transformation as the process of urbanization is accelerated and the land use system ongoing reform led to a variety of land conflict problems. At this background, a thesis based on Chinese rural land conflict case study and comparative research which is aim to discover source and inducing factors that coming from Chinese rural land conflict through conflict case in Chinese rural areas.The thesis was divided into four major parts besides the introduction. The first part outlined the concept and characteristic and influence of rural land conflict. The thesis based on Chinese rural land conflict case study and statistical analysis which is aim to discover source that coming from Chinese rural land conflict, which discovers the rural land conflict involves the farmer land ownership rights and the majority occurs between the villagers as well as the villagers and the village collective, and approximately 65% countryside land conflict produced from the land expropriation question or the land ownership question. The third part used the hierarchy analytic method of average analysis judges the inducing factors weight of the Chinese rural land conflict which inducing factors is classed to the system and the economy and the social factor, this part discovered that the system question is the main factor that induces the land conflict, the social factor follows, and the economic factor is the immediate cause of the land conflict. The fourth part based on the origin and the suggestion factor analysis result proposed some suggestion to solve rural land conflict.
