How to distinguish the benefit and cost accurately and Quantitative it makes the Foundation .Urban Rail Transit brings great exterior benefit,Fund Provider provides massive cash or runds,but doesn't get the Reward it should get ,this causes unfair ,and this case restricts the development of Urban Rail Transit. According to the disquisition in foreign countries,this paper set out some path to the reduction of the benefit. On the other side , as one of the most important factors,the passengers flow volume is directly influeted by the degree of satisfaction of passengers.then transfer to the other parts .In terms of the analyse above ,we can see that it makes great sense to investigate the satisfaction index.At first ,this article gives a list of the recently researches home and abroad ,then it lays out the researching methods and technical route .Next ,it does some analysis of the necessity towards the National economic evaluation,and introduces the conception and sorts of Urban Rail Transit,and then make a comparison with the National economic evaluation and the financial assessment.Towards different beneficiaries,it gives some detail analysis,build benefit and cost linear model,it is one of the most important part.In Chapter 4, it gives an actual example -Underground Rail Traffic No.5 in ShenZhen,the principle,methods are all be mentioned, As most of the data are forecasted,so in the follow steps, it does some analysis on the sensitivity.In the light of the sensitive factors, it makes some research towards the troublesome question -benefit reduction and the degree of satisfaction of passengers,in the way of Questionnaires to select the data .the multi-level blurred judging method is used to judge the index of degree of satisfaction of passengers of Underground Rail Traffic No.5 in ShenZhen.
