The Economic Benefit Analysis Of Integration In Jing-Jin-Ji Urban Rail Transit

The development of Integration of the Jing-Jin-Ji region has risen to national strategy,but the development gap of regional economic is large,as the two municipalities directly under the central government in our country,the economic development level in Beijing and Tianjin is higher than in Hebei.The transportation has traditionally been referred to the artery of national economy development,the transportation's integration of Jing-Jin-Ji plays an important role in balancing the economic development of the three places,therefore,there is of great significance for scientific analysis in the economic benefits of Jing-Jin-Ji integration of rail transit.Based on the fact that the previous analysis of the economic benefits of the rail transit mostly focus on the micro level and ignore the analysis of the macroscopic economic benefit.So This article focus on analyzing the macro economic benefits of Jing-Jin-Ji integration of rail transit of scale economies effect and external economies effect besides,and mainly considers from the following two aspects:On one hand,it is concluded that Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei in the integration of rail transit transportation capital investment stimulation in each gross regional product of Hebei province is the largest,followed by Beijing,Tianjin again by using the improved production function model to simulate the impact on economic aggregate of the empirical test of ordinary least squares method,but the effect of transportation capital investment on Beijing and Tianjin to stimulate local economic growth is not much than other capital investment;On the other hand;using the input-output model to compares and analyses the influence on the industrial structure,and concluded that transportation is essential to the development of the tertiary industry in Beijing,while it's pulling effect is obvious in Tianjin and Hebei's second industry.At last,according to the empirical results,it puts forward the following policy suggestions:actively implementing the Jing-Jin-Ji integration of rail transit planning,the planning and construction of the Jing-Jin-Ji rail transportation should be continuous;increasing Hebei's transport infrastructure investment;speeding up the Hebei's industrial upgrading,promoting to high and new technology,new growth industry.
