The paper reviewed the status of study at present of enterprise innovation theories and key-competitiveness, and expatiated the new concepts and theories of them, and then analyzed particularly the concepts, hypostatis and elements of key-competitiveness. Finally it revealed that actualizing innovation is great vital for manufacture enterprises facing with the challenge of industrialization and information.After analyzing development problem of FuHuang company , we could see that the majority reasons are not only the supplyment of cement in ChongQing market is surplus, but also it's behindhand conceptions, competition, systems, technology equipment's and management modes. Analyzing carefully for FuHuang company competitive condition, using the"five powers model", we can get that FuHuang company is facing with the stinging competitive condition and then designed competitive capability demands. It tabled proposals that low-cost leadership is a key element for competitive capability, that enterprise innovation. Finally it brought forward the organization position and strategic objects for FuHuang company .On the base of above analyzing, we could get the conclusion that FuHuang company will have the stronger competitiveness by enterprise cultural innovation, system innovation, technology innovation, and organization innovation, integration innovation. It also evaluated the operation performance of FuHuang company in these years.At last, the paper brought out an idea that FuHuang company must undergo durable innovation and second innovation to gain durable development, which are reforming commercial pattern, sophisticated manufacture, innovation of organization and building MIS of enterprise. In conclusion, FuHuang company must carry out enterprise innovation to advance its key-competitiveness and to keep its advantage in the long run by inclosing the change of market, buyer and competitive conditions.
