With the development of marketing economy, people gradually realize the importance of human training. How to build human training system, keep enterprise as a long sustainable development, and make training as a part advantage of human resources are these key issues what we must resolve.Firstly, this thesis explains the purpose and significance of the research, and elaborates some basic theories about redesign of Human training system for M enterprise based on the study of related theories of Human resources and Training status; Then the basic situation, Human resources management, work of training of the M enterprise are presented and analyzed roundly; Thirdly, the actualities and existing problems of the enterprise Human resources training status are analyzed, and M enterprise training system is redesigned. According to the design objectives, design principles and the guiding ideology, aiming at different levels of Personnel Training, the point of view is to optimize enterprise training system, to establish training system including needs analysis, establishment of training plan, training content design, implement of training plan and training effectiveness evaluation. And the paper gives some conclusions of the implementation of training program in the process of security and training effectiveness evaluation.Beginning with the basic principle of learning and training, the author made a thorough analysis of the M enterprise's internal personnel training system. The thesis hopes to offer a reference for Human training resource system of Medicine enterprise.
