During the economic globalization, Chinese tobacco companies realize the importance of corporate development and corporate culture. Chinese tobacco companies want to enhance the ability of competition by developing the corporate culture. In this situation, the national tobacco company began to develop the corporate culture, then popularized in Chinese tobacco enterprises and applied to all staffs. The tobacco company all over the country provinces and cities established the corporate culture, up till the present moment, the development of corporate culture is not mature. Based on the specific situation, the corporate culture of Inner Mongolia A’s tobacco company will be found out. After the analysis of corporate culture in material aspects, the presence of four behavioral level, system level, spiritual issues, a clear understanding of the building of enterprise culture in A’s weaknesses and propose solutions, in order to find through enhance corporate culture to promote the optimal way to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. The research methods are used in this paper, such as consulting a number of books and seeking the latest data about the subject. The questionnaires are given out to each department members, In the interview with some retailers and consumers, the data support could be obtained.
