With the development of urbanization and industrialization in China,the conflicts of interest caused by land expropriation and demolition have brought some negative effects to social stability and development.It is particularly important to resolve and prevent the conflicts of interests of all parties in land expropriation and relocation,to promote harmony and transparency,and to build a harmonious society.Under the guidance of stakeholder theory,on the basis of deep analysis of the interest demands and objectives of the four main interests of the government,the development enterprises,the village collective and the land-losing peasants in the process of the urbanization land expropriation and relocation,and based on the institutional policy,This paper analyzes the causes of the conflict of interest in land expropriation and relocation from four aspects:the distribution of interests,the construction of interest communication platform and the supervision and management,and then puts forward the establishment and improvement of laws,regulations and policies related to land expropriation and removal;Establishing and perfecting the compensation mechanism and system of land requisition and demolition;In order to realize harmonious demolition,transparent demolition and urbanization,we should build a communication platform for interests,pay attention to the social security for thesurvival and development of land-lost farmers,and strengthen the supervision of the land expropriation and relocation activities of urbanization,and so on,in order to achieve harmonious demolition,transparent demolition,and promote urbanization,and so on.Industrialization development,promote the stability and development of social economy.
