| Developing the quantitative evaluation of country residential land intensified utilization, understanding the present situation and the existence main question of the country residential land intensified utilization, discovering the enhances and the method to enhance the efficiency of the country residential land intensified utilization, are propitious to land resource optimization disposition and reasonable use to promote socialism new country reconstruction.The in-depth research in the meaning of country residential land intensified utilization was make in this paper, including the research content, the research methods and the technical line. The conception, the basic characteristic and methods of country residential land intensified utilization were introduced also. 7 core indicators were identified in a method that combine Factor Analysis with Delphi including Volume rate of country residential land, the per capita area of land for building of country residential land, water coverage in country residential land etc. The weighting of evaluation index in Entropy Law was confirmed, as far as possible to remove Evaluation subjective factors. The intensity was determined by comprehensive evaluation methods. The evaluation process was simulated by computer to achieve and enhance the efficiency and accuracy. At last the country residential land intensified utilization in HanShou County, Hunan Province intensive was evaluated using the results of this study through selecting 15 Village samples from 3 different topographical township. The evaluation result shows that the general level of local country residential land intensified utilization is not high and the gap between the samples is large. Topographic factor has impact of significant extent in the intensified utilization. Rectification work should focus on lakes region and mountains of Hanshou County to improve the volume rate of rural settlements by carrying out targeted land consolidation. |
