The Design Research Of Our Country's Social Security Commercial Housing

Governments all over the world pay much attention to housing, and our government is no exception. Since 1995, Comfortable Housing Project has been implemented and in August 2007, Certain Opinions of the State Council about Solving the Housing Problems for Low-income Urban Residents was issued, which manifested housing security issues take priority on government's agenda. However, social security commercial housing has not taken its root here in China. It is rather intricate, involving theories of many fields such as architecture, economics, sociology and finance, as well as practical problems in such fields as housing plan, design, construction, sales and estate management. These problems are waiting for solutions, so social security commercial housing has a long way to success.Based on China's fundamental realities and on the real demands from residents, this paper will look back on the past experience and borrow results or learn lessons from other countries or regions in order that it will give some constructive suggestions to the problems present in China's social security commercial housing. The paper will give a full analysis to site-choosing, exterior decoration and interior decoration from the perspectives of both the designer and the real estate agent, in the hope that it will be useful to the development and plan of social security commercial housing which has become a hot issue today, so that not only the goal that everyone gets sheltered can be realized, but the residents can live in a cozier and more comfortable house.
