Study On The Model Of Cultivating Intellectual Property Manager Professionals

Nowadays, as a part of national intellectual property strategy, the intellectual property manager professionals cultivating has become the concern of the education and enterprises. Faced with the fierce global market competition, It is the trend that the enterprises strengthen the inner ip management and build intellectual property manager professionals of its own. It is of great importance to study the model of cultivating IP manager professionals, which can satisfy the economic development and imporve the knowledge of cultivating the intellectual property manager professionals.This paper investigates the current situation of enterprises'intellectual property management, make a detailed analysis of the current situation of enterprises'demanding for intellectual property manager professionals and make an exposition of knowledge structure and quality structrure of the intellectual property manager professionals. Basing on this, some universities, such as Renmin University of China, Jinan University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Shanghai University, make an analysis of the features in cultivating the intellectual property manager professionals in these schools. Basing on this, this paper make a comparison of the respective advantages and limitations of the cultivating models of IP law talents and management talents. In addition, referring to the cultivating model of IP law talents in developed countries and regions, this paper makes recommendations for the cultivating models of IP law talents and management talents in our country. This paper, goes further, claiming that intellectual property rights are not only a legal system, not only even a right under the law, but also an intangible asset with commercial quantities. With the rapid development of intellectual property management, enterprises need more and more profession managers who were proficiency in IP knowledge and have some other talents in different subjects. Due to the limitation of the traditional cultivating models, it is very important to improve the situation of the manage mind and practice skills in intellectual property manager professionals cultivating and try ones best to advanced the students'practice ability.
