With technological development, economic globalization and diversification of demand, product life cycle becomes shorter and the uncertainty of demand increases. Faced with the complex and volatile external environment, rapid response to market demand for enterprises, can mean a bigger market share and reduce the impact of the demand uncertainty to the enterprises. Effectively deal with such a competitive environment, improve the operation and management of collaborative supply chain technology is fundamental. In terms of the collaboration of the supply chain core enterprise and its upstream suppliers, related literature, from the core manufacturer's perspective, are basically on how the downstream of supply chain to drive the upstream on the logistics and information collaboration, but seldom on the opposite. But in essence, the supply problem in the supply chain collaboration is very important .The core manufacturer only treats the upstream suppliers as a whole can maximum effectiveness of collaboration. Based on this consideration, this paper focuses on the upstream suppliers of manufacturer that restrict the procurement lead-time, based on supply-driven and supply-chain collaboration, come with the idea of the establishment of the two-suppliers-one-buyer supply chain model. When the manufacturer considers and doesn't consider the collaboration with the suppliers, this paper makes respectively the best solution analysis of the model. Through the analysis, the paper concludes that the effective collaboration between the manufacturer and suppliers can compress the lead time, improve product competitiveness, and maximize the profit of the whole supply chain. Through the model establishment, from the supplier point of view to explore the workable mode methods and strategies in the time-based competitive environment, contributes to further enrich the supply chain management theory, and can bring some guidance to the practical operation of the upstream of the supply chain.
