This article researches on present condition of vegetable supply chain management in Peking City and performance estimation theories on the foundation of systemic summary to the research condition of the domestic and international vegetable supply chain and the supply chain performance estimation.It starts by setting up vegetable supply chain estimation system in Peking City,researches on the performance and estimation system from four angles of vegetable supply chain quality safety, economic efficiency,supply chain process,development and environment,and shows the methods and formulas for quantification to every estimation index.It constitutes the supply chain performance estimation system by organic combination of these contents.On the foundation of building up reasonable supply chain performance estimation system,this article particularly studies a few mathematics models of setting weights and marks,innovately combines subjective and objective weighting methods to gain the integrative weights which could reflect the subjective and objective situation.By taking the weights into the mathematics model of vegetable supply chain estimation system in Peking City which is built by the actual situation,the estimation scores of several vegetable supply chains in Peking can be obtained.Additionally,this article suggests some advises to the present problems of vegetable supply chain in Peking,which are based on the scores of different indexes.According to the research of the article to the vegetable supply chain estimation system in Peking City,it is wished that this article could provide some valuable suggestions to the vegetable supply chain in Peking City to develop healthily.
