Research On The Optimization Of The Petroleum Supply Chain In China Based On Planning Model

With the sustained rapid economic development, constantly advancing of industrial modernization and urbanization in China, the demand for primary energy like the petroleum is growing fast. Due to insufficient oil product in China, the oil import is rising successively and import dependency has expanded constantly in recent years. And the frequent fluctuation of the oil price makes the petroleum supply chain of our country under a high risk. Therefore, it is an effective solution for the shortage of petroleum resources if we optimize the petroleum supply chain and make full use of the function of market's allocating resources. In this dissertation, we will develop an optimization model and research the optimization of petroleum supply chain according to the fact of Chinese petroleum supply chain.Firstly, the author analyzes the present investigation condition of petroleum supply chain optimization and its relevant problems. Then a deterministic optimization model was developed based on China's petroleum supply chain, and solves the model after parameters assigned according to the actual operation in 2007. The results of the model basically match the fact. Finally, the author discuss the value of strategic petroleum reserve through the deterministic optimization model, and give some advice on building and improving China's petroleum reserve system. The study enriches the methods of research on petroleum supply chain operation problems, and has certain significance in improving the management of China's petroleum supply chain.
